Offishina® is a processing operator: a “laboratory” that develops commercial products from raw materials or semi-processed ingredients.

The name combines officina and fish, evoking the idea of production experimentation. The brand was founded in Salento out of the passion and research of siblings Pamela, Danilo, and Valerio Romano. The product range includes seafood cured meats and sausages, as well as sauces and seasonings, including Garum dei Romano, a fermented fish sauce.

For its cured products, the company describes a natural fermentation and aging process and specifies the absence of preservatives or chemical additives. Products are available through the online shop.
