Description
Ingredients: tuna, swordfish, amberjack, natural flavorings (garlic, pepper, sweet pepper and hot chili pepper, sun-dried tomato, fennel seeds), extra-pure mined salt, extra virgin olive oil.
Allergen: fish.
Shelf Life: 12 months.
Free from: preservatives and chemical additives, gluten, and lactose.
Available year-round.
Pizzicata® is a spreadable, cured seafood sausage, aged and refined for approximately 12 months.
It can be blended with extra virgin olive oil to make it easier to spread on bread, or used to prepare first courses such as pasta with seafood ragù, or pizza topped with Pizzicata® and burrata.
