Carlino Srl is a family-run seafood preserving company based in Sciacca, specialized in semi-preserved anchovies and related products. It uses fish sourced from the Mediterranean basin and processes anchovies caught in the best season (May–September) within a short timeframe to preserve freshness. Since 1993, the company has brought the production of anchovy fillets in oil and anchovy paste in-house, investing in dedicated technologies. Its portfolio includes historic lines of salted anchovies and oil-preserved products (including Fior d’Acciuga and Aurora), as well as references focused on an excellent quality/price ratio (Mizar). The company exports to several international markets.
