Cantabrian Sea anchovy fillets in non-freezing seed oil, with 25% less salt than traditional Cantabrian anchovies. Naturally rich in OMEGA-3. Caught only in spring when anchovies are larger and meatier, in the cold, oxygen-rich, plankton-abundant waters of the Cantabrian Sea—conditions that make the fillets tender and flavorful.
