Ingredients
Roll filled with a mixture based on sliced bread (soft wheat flour type 0, water, vegetable oils, sugar, yeast, salt, malted wheat flour, barley malt extract), diced swordfish, cooking broth, orange juice, tomato, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, raisins, salt, pine nuts, sugar, pepper, and mint.
Swordfish (Xiphias gladius) 36%.
Coating with breadcrumbs (durum and soft wheat flour, yeast, salt), pistachios (3%), salt, pepper, oregano, sunflower oil.
Garnished with orange slices and onion.

Preparation method
Place the product on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and cook in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes.
