Sea Ruby red shrimp powder
Sea Ruby red shrimp powder is obtained from the carapace of Mediterranean red shrimp (Aristaeomorpha foliacea), sourced from deep-sea fishing in the Mediterranean. Production takes place in two stages: decapitation of the shrimp and freeze-drying of the carapace, from which a 100% pure concentrate is extracted and subsequently filtered to obtain the final product. Available in a 50 g format, with no additives. The freeze-drying process preserves the aromatic profile of the raw material. Suitable for seasoning, preparations, and high-end culinary applications.
