Scampi (Nephrops norvegicus)
Norway lobster is often referred to in trade as langoustine. The Norway lobster (Nephrops norvegicus) is a marine crustacean that can reach a length of between 10 and 30 centimetres. Langoustine is orange on the upper side and along the flanks, while the underside is white. Compared to other lobster species, it has a relatively long and slender body. Its meat is lean and distinguished by a delicate, slightly sweet flavour.
